If you’re not totally obsessed with your Zev & Co purchase, you may return it for store credit only.
Returns: In order for a return for store credit you must first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and include your name and order number.
If accepted, please return within 15 days from the date that you received the item. Once the item is received on our end, our team will review the item and begin the process.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, free of stains, odors, animal hairs, and must still have its tags, and in its original packaging.
- Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items purchased during a Sale or with a promotion are Final Sale and they are not eligible for return or exchange.
- If an item is purchased full price, then purchased again during a promotion or sale, this voids the return of the item purchased at full price and on sale.
- Return Shipping cost will be your responsibility.
- Shipping charges are not included in the store credit amount.
- We do not offer price adjustments.
Please allow up to 10 business days for you return to be processed.
Once it is processed you will receive and email from us with the code for your store credit.
Store credit can be regifted or used on your next order at checkout, and it never expires.
*Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.
*Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded upon receipt or shipped back to you at your expense.
Here at Zev & Co. we reserves the right not to credit you if you return items outside the terms of our Return Policy.
Exchanges: We do not hold/save any sizes. So we are not offering exchanges at this time.
Damaged items: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within three days of receipt) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We can either offer a full refund in the same form of payment or store credit so you can repurchase the item if you desire.

- In the email please provide a photo and description of the issue, wether it be a damage item or a wrong item received.
*Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received a damaged item
Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund on your original payment method or email you with a store credit code in the amount of your damaged item, plus the cost of shipping the return. In order to receive credit for your returned shipping costs, you must include your name and order number in your shipment.
