We Ship Fast!

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days except for pre-orders.
Orders are not shipped weekends or holidays.
Pre- orders process and ship in 2 weeks

 All orders placed on Fridays after 4 p.m. EST will begin processing the following Monday.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

 

Shipping Address Policy

Please Read: We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. We will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
  • To Avoid this: Please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for any incorrect information provided. 

 

Delivery Status

Once your package is shipped, and at the postal office, it is out of our hands. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it we recommend waiting another business day. If you still aquire a problem with delivery you must contact the USPS and address the issue directly with them. We are not held responsible for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

 

Cancellations

If for some reason you change your mind and would like to cancel the order you have just purchased, we will gladly cancel it for you and issue a full refund in the same form of payment, Only if the order has not been shipped out. 

Additionally, Zev & Co. reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing"

We reserve the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
